ABOUT YOUR JEWELRY
All polymer clay earrings are extremely lightweight on your ears. If the earrings have brass pieces, they will be a tad bit heavier but still not heavy- even the big ol’ earrings are lightweight!
All earrings have surgical steel posts (which are nickel-free) and are perfect for sensitive ears.
EASY, KILLER
Please note that Coop & Deuce earrings are handcrafted with high quality polymer clay and must be handled with care. Don’t wear them to bed, don’t wear them to a wrestling match (unless you are a spectator), and don’t let your dog chew on them. Store them in their box when traveling to ensure protection. Don’t put them in the back pocket of your jeans either!
SHIPPING & THE POST OFFICE
I do my very best to process orders in a timely fashion. Generally, I ship packages once or twice per week. Once an order leaves my possession and into the hands of the US Postal Service (bless their hearts), I am no longer responsible for your product. I will do my absolute best to work with you on any shipping issues or delays but ultimately I have no control once a package leaves my hands. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
HANDCRAFTED
As all of the jewelry is handmade, please keep in mind that slight variations compared to the photo may occur - but that’s the cool part about all things handmade! No two pieces are alike and you are sure to have a unique pair that you won’t see on anyone else!
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if one breaks due to a flaw in the design, we will send a replacement if it is within 2 weeks of your purchase date.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Get something on your polymer clay jewelry? No worries! Simply use a damp cloth or rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip or cotton swab to lightly rub off anything that may have gotten on the clay. For white clay specifically: acetone (nail polish remover) will take makeup and any other funk right off.
CUSTOM ORDERS
I am happy to discuss custom orders but please understand that I am not superhuman and I can’t do it all! I will do my best to accommodate your request. All you can do is ask!
All custom orders must be paid in full before the order is made and there will be NO RETURNS on custom work.
